3.A. Discussion on matters related to the Superintendent's performance and evaluation pursuant to Texas Government Code §§ 551.071 and 551.074.

Discussion regarding the District's School Guardian Plan, including the appointment, authorization, assignment, training, duties and development of one or more school guardians; security personnel, devices, and security audits; and consultation with legal counsel regarding related legal requirements and responsibilities, pursuant to Texas Government Code §§ 551.071 and 551.076.
