2. Open Forum / Public Comments
Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (LOCAL) may address the board regarding matters of concern/interest to the district. The board may not act upon any matter that is not listed under the action item portion of the agenda.

3. Discussion
The Granbury ISD Board will hold a joint workshop with the Hood County Commissioners' Court and Granbury City Council to discuss intergovernmental matters. No action will be taken.

3.a. Discussion regarding Hood County Central Appraisal District (HCAD) facility.

3.b. Discussion regarding opportunities for regional water, wastewater, and drainage facilities.

3.c. Discussion regarding potential roadway improvements to Old Granbury Road to provide traffic relief on US 377.

3.d. Discussion regarding Decker Gym and surrounding properties.

3.e. Discussion regarding 2-Way Radio communication between jurisdictions.

3.f. Discussion regarding utility capacity for future new development.

3.g. Discussion regarding interlocal agreements between jurisdictions.

3.h. Additional discussion topics that may be covered: development standards, economic development, transportation issues, water and sewer issues, law enforcement, grant funding opportunities, intergovernmental relations, fire protection, annexation, budgeting, open meetings, open government and transparency.
