Consideration and possible action to approve the construction manager-at-risk (two-step) method as the delivery method providing the best value to the school district for the 2022 Bond projects and authorize the Superintendent or his designee to publish selection criteria, prepare a request for qualifications, open and evaluate qualifications, request that five or fewer offerors provide additional information including fees and pricing, evaluate the additional information, and provide recommended rankings to the Board.
