5.1. Consider Approval of Minutes of Board Meeting Held on July 7, 2026

5.2. Consider Approval of Memorandum of Understanding Between Alief ISD and University of Houston – Downtown. This MOU establishes a collaborative approach to participate in a High Quality clinical teaching experience and/or Teacher Residency Program and PREP Program Allotment. (Dr. Elizabeth Veloz-Powell, Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources & Professional Learning.
Board Goal #3 World Class Employment: Alief ISD will recruit, develop, and retain highly qualified and effective personnel.

5.3. Consider Approval of Memorandum of Understanding Between Alief ISD and Prairie View A&M University. This MOU establishes a collaborative approach to participate in a High Quality clinical teaching experience and/or Teacher Residency Program in compliance with the PREP Program Allotment. (Dr. Elizabeth Veloz-Powell, Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources & Professional Learning).

5.4. Consider Approval of Memorandum of Understanding Between Alief ISD and University of Houston. 6.5. Discuss and Consider Approval of Plan and Framework to Address Recommendations from the Disparity Study. (Charles Woods, Deputy Superintendent of Business)

Board Goal #5 Organizational Strength: Alief ISD will continue to improve the financial stability of the District.
