IV.C. Consideration and possible action regarding the District’s Stipulation of Interest and Cross Conveyance regarding nonparticipating Royalty Interests in and under the following properties:
Tract 1:  That certain tract (approximately 2 acres) located in the Spencer A. Pugh League, Abstract No. 85, Fayette County, Texas, described as the first tract and second tract in Warranty Deed dated September 21, 1949, recorded in Volume 236, Page 259, Deed Records, Fayette County, Texas;

Tract 2:  That certain 1.00 acre, located in the Spencer A. Pugh League, Abstract No. 85, Fayette County, Texas, being the same land described as the first tract in a Deed, dated November 23, 1950, recorded in Volume 249, Page 497, Deed Records, Fayette County, Texas; and

Tract 3:  That certain 0.83 acres located in the Jesse Burnham Survey, Abstract No. 23, Fayette County, Texas, being the same land described as the second and third tracts in a Warranty Deed, dated November 23, 1950, recorded in Volume 249, Page 497, Deed Records, Fayette County, Texas.

IV.D.  Consideration and possible action regarding the District’s Ratification
of Paid-up Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease regarding nonparticipating Royalty Interests in and under the following properties:

Tract 1:  That certain tract (approximately 2 acres) located in the Spencer A. Pugh League, Abstract No. 85, Fayette County, Texas, described as the first tract and second tract in Warranty Deed dated September 21, 1949, recorded in Volume 236, Page 259, Deed Records, Fayette County, Texas;

Tract 2:  That certain 1.00 acre, located in the Spencer A. Pugh League, Abstract No. 85, Fayette County, Texas, being the same land described as the first tract in a Deed, dated November 23, 1950, recorded in Volume 249, Page 497, Deed Records, Fayette County, Texas;

Tract 3:  That certain 0.83 acres located in the Jesse Burnham Survey, Abstract No. 23, Fayette County, Texas, being the same land described as the second and third tracts in a Warranty Deed, dated November 23, 1950, recorded in Volume 249, Page 497, Deed Records, Fayette County, Texas; and

Tract 4:  That certain 2-acre tract of land in the S. A. Pugh League, Fayette County, Texas, begin the same land described in conveyance document dated September 22, 1958, recorded in Volume 310, Page 283, Deed Records Fayette County, Texas.
