Consider Disposition of Proposed Elementary School Location: Adopt a resolution approving the purchase of real property, including any and all improvements to the property, from Anita Johnston, for the construction of school facilities. The real property is identified as 29.51 acres, more or less, consisting of two tracts: Tract 1: Lot 3, Horton Hill consisting of approximately 2.14 acres in the City Limits of La Grange, Fayette County, Texas referenced by Fayette County Tax Assesor by ID#38332; and Tract 2: approximately 27.372 acres out of the J.H. Moore Survey, Abstract 071, as shown in the Real Property Records of Fayette County, Texas also referenced by Fayette County Tax Assessor by ID #33051.
