IX.P. Consideration with possible approval for ceiling tiles and grid for Shackelford Elementary by Harts Flooring at a cost not to exceed $282,124.00.

IX.Q. Consideration with possible approval to remove the PLAM wall coverings and the carpet on the walls, and paint floor to ceiling at Marvin Biomedical Academy by Harts Flooring at a cost not to exceed $282,124.00.

IX.R. Consideration with possible action to approve the removal and replacing of all classroom and hallway flooring at Clift Elementary at a cost not to exceed $428,769.00.

X.D. Consideration with possible action to approve a construction package at Waxahachie Creek High School for concrete with a guaranteed maximum price of $24,500,000, as recommended by Pogue Construction.

X.E. Consideration with possible action to adopt a resolution to pay staff during the district wide emergency closure activated by the Superintendent of Schools under Board Policy EB (Local) on January 9 & 10, 2025.
