XI.B. Consideration and action to approve a staging area agreement with LC Paving & Construction, LLC, for the purpose of allowing construction material storage on district-owned property near Wilemon Field related to a public works construction project along Bryson Street.

XI.C. Consideration to approve the hiring of the Fine Arts Director.
