V.D. Consideration and possible action to appoint school marshals who have been certified as eligible by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement pursuant to WISD Board Policy CKEB (Legal) and Section 37.0811 of the Texas Education Code.

XI.A. Consideration and possible action to adopt the Order Calling for a Bond Election and take all necessary action thereof, authorizing the superintendent to execute the necessary documents on behalf of Waxahachie Independent School District.

XI.B. Consideration and action to nominate by resolution a candidate to fill a vacancy on the Ellis County Appraisal District Board of Directors.

XI.C. Consideration with possible action to address maintenance needs and approve all necessary budget amendments as recommended by administration to fund repairs and improvements.
