1. Call to Order - Establish Quorum

2. Public Comment on Agenda Items Only - Public Comment shall be limited to items listed on the agenda. Persons attending the meeting must complete a Sign-Up Form (located on the podium at each entrance) and submit to the Board President prior to the meeting being convened.

3. Closed Meeting - Executive Session - The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board will convene in a closed session to discuss items authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551, Subchapters D and E.

3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's Attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Deliberating the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an elected officer or employee, or to hear a level three grievance concerning an employee.

3.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, Deliberating a public school student's matter, provided that private or personally identifiable information would otherwise be exposed, or to hear a level three grievance concerning a student.
