10. Closed Meeting - Executive Session - The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board will convene in a closed session to discuss items authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.084.

Government Code 551.072 authorizes a governmental body to deliberate in executive session on certain matters concerning real property, including deliberations relating to the purchase or value of real property if deliberations in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the school in negotiations with a third party.
