CLOSED MEETING - Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, and to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee specifically to interview, Mark Kissinger, Kelly Juergens, Steve Reed, and Tim Terzis for appointment to the Board to fill the current Board vancancy.
