Description:
Consideration and possible action to authorize the Executive Director to execute on the Board of Director's behalf an interlocal agreement in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 791 with TEA for the liquidation of ESSER funding.

5.b) Consider Delegation for Interlocal Agreements with TEA, other state agencies, and other Education Service Centers
Description:
Deliberation and possible action to delegate to the Executive Director the authority to approve and enter into interlocal agreements under Texas Government Code, Chapter 791, with the Texas Education Agency, other state agencies as defined by Texas Government Code 771.002, other regional education service centers, and Texas school districts and charter schools.
