Description:
Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution authorizing the Executive Director and the ESC administration to take any and all action necessary to carry out the wishes of the Board, including, but not limited to, completing and submitting to TRS a Statement of Intent and Notice of Election to Discontinue coverage with TRS ActiveCare by December 31, 2021.
