I. Call Meeting to Order and Establish Quorum

II.A. Chairman announces: The meeting of the Lee College Board of Regents on above listed date, after proper posting and in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code for the specific purposes provided, will recess from Open Meeting to Closed Meeting.  No action will be taken while the Board is recessed in Executive Session.

1. Discussion with Board Attorney regarding legal issues related to branch campus agreement. [TX Gov't Code Section 551.071]
2. Discussion of Lee College President's duties and responsibilities [TX Gov't Code Section 551.071]

II.B. Chairman announces: The Closed Meeting will adjourn and the Board will reconvene into Open Meeting.
