II.A. Chairman announces: The meeting of the Lee College Board of Regents on above listed date, after proper posting and in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code for the specific purposes provided, will recess from Open Meeting into Closed Meeting.

II.A.1. Legal - Consultation with Board Counsel regarding Installation of Switchgear and approval of procurement method (Tex. Gov't Code 551.071).

II.B. Chairman announces: The Closed Meeting has adjourned and the Board will now reconvene into Open Meeting.
