III.A. Public Hearing:  Presentation of 2025-2026 Samuel Walker Houston Elementary Turnaround Plan (TAP).   If a citizen would like to address the Board regarding the TAP, a Public Hearing Comment Card should be completed prior to the start of the Regular Board meeting as well as signing in.
