II.A. Consider Level III Appeal regarding an HISD student. (This appeal will be held in closed session under Section 551.074 and 551.0821 unless the student's parent requests in writing that the appeal be conducted in open session. It may also be held in closed session if the proceeding constitutes a complaint against an employee unless the employee complained of wants it to be held in open session.)

III. CLOSED SESSION: Closed session will be held for the purpose permitted in Section 551.074, and 551.0821 et. seq. of the Texas Government Code.
