I.A. Announcement by the President as to the presence of a quorum

II.B.1. Consider and discuss filling two administrative positions

II.B.1.a. Hiring administrator to be assigned to the position of Huntsville High School Principal.

II.B.1.b. Discuss superintendent's assignment of administrator to serve as Huntsville Elementary School Principal.
