Consider/Approve the updated agreement with the City of Trinity concerning old baseball field property on Maple Street.  Trinity ISD owns 5.21 acres of property.  The city needs the property.  Trinity ISD and City of Trinity agrees to exchange rental fees for the Trinity Community Center as payment for property until exchange reaches land market value of $23,445.00.
