7.G. Consideration and possible action to select an Architect/Engineer to provide design and construction administration for the HVAC and Energy Savings Retrofit Project, and delegating authority to the Superintendent.
 

7.H. Consideration and possible action to determine the method of purchasing construction services for the HVAC and Energy Savings Retrofit Project and to delegate authority to the Superintendent to proceed with procurement.

7.I. Consideration and possible action to adopt the prevailing wage rates in connection with the HVAC and Energy Savings Retrofit Project and any other construction projects authorized by the Board during the District’s current fiscal year.
