4. CLOSED SESSION
The open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board of Trustees will reconvene in closed session pursuant to one or more of the following sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code): Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code. Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee. |
