ENTER CLOSED MEETING in accordance with the Texas
Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.071-Consultation with
Attorney; 551.074-Personnel Matters.

Consider/Discuss the appointment, evaluation,
reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee,
or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee,
including:

Withdrawal of the proposed nonrenewal of a teacher
term contract for the 2013-2014 school year and suspension of said teacher
without pay in lieu of termination through August 30, 2013 pursuant to the
terms of a Voluntary Separation Agreement entered into between the teacher and
the Clarksville Independent School District.
