3.C. Set the date for the March 2021 board meeting (22nd)

4. Consider and possible approval of Budget Amendment #3

5. Review monthly bills

7. Report on cafeteria, transportation, health services, buildings and grounds

8. Deliberation and possible action to do the following regarding the Roosevelt ISD General Trustee Election for May 1, 2021.

To certify, in accordance with Texas Election Code 2.052, the candidates for Trustee Positions 3, 4, and 5 as unopposed;
Upon such certification, in accordance with Texas Election Code 2.053, to adopt an order that:
Declares the unopposed candidates for Trustee Positions 3, 4, and 5 elected to office
Cancels the General Election to be held on May 1, 2021 for Trustee Positions 3, 4, and 5

9. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2020-21 District Improvement Plan

10. Discussion and possible action to extend the existing depository contract with City Bank through the next biennium, concluding in 2023.

11. Discussion and possible action to authorize superintendent to file for a Missed School Day waiver with TEA due to an extended period of record setting low temperatures, rolling blackouts, and hazardous travel conditions that the entire state of Texas experienced from February 16-19, 2021.

12. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution to pay all RISD hourly employees and count "days" for all RISD contractual employees to compensate for the weather emergency the state of Texas experienced during the week of February 15-19, 2021.

13. Consider Superintendent Recommendations Regarding Employment of Teachers and other Administrative staff (Gov't Code 551.074)

Deliberation and possible action to extend administrator contracts (deputy superintendent, assistant superintendent, all campus principals, and assistant principals) through the 2022-23 school year.

14. Information Items:

Review bids to install culvert(s) in the entrances of the elementary parking lot.
