14. Discuss and Consider recommending that Krum ISD execute an amendment to Crossland Construction’s CM contract with a "Guaranteed Maximum Price" of $89,658,702 for the scope of Phase 03. Phase 03 is the full building and site release, including, but not limited to, the fine arts, administrative, classroom, science lab, athletics, and kitchen additions. The standalone field house, existing building renovations, and balance of site scope of work not included in Phase 02. This recommendation represents the "best value" to Krum ISD.
