Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.082 and 551.0821, to deliberate in a case involving discipline of a public school child and to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, specifically regarding special education issues and resolution.
|
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 to consult with the District's attorney in person, or by telephone, regarding pending or contemplated litigation and on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code and Section 551.074, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property in which an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the District in negotiations with a third person, specifically regarding the District’s participation in the Collin County Special Education Cooperative (“CCSEC”) and CCSEC lease.
