4.A. Consider Approval to Convey Hiring Authority to the Superintendent for Teaching Vacancies from May 11, 2022 through August 31, 2022.

4.B. Consider Approval of Employment Recommendations for Vacant Positions. 

5. Adjourn into Closed Session (No Public Discussion) Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code Sections - .071 Consultation with Attorney; .072 Purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property;  .074 Personnel Matters; .082 Student/Employee Information; .0821 Student Information.

Should any final action, final decision, or final vote be required in the opinion of the Board with regard to any matter considered in such a closed session, then such final decision, or final vote shall be at either:
a. An open meeting covered by the notice upon the reconvening of this public meeting, or
b. At a subsequent public meeting of the Board upon notice thereof, as the Board shall determine

5.A. For consultation with attorney pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071;

5.B. For discussion of the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.072;

5.C. For discussion of the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.074;

5.D. For deliberation in closed session to avoid revealing personally identifiable information about a student, pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.0821; and

6. Reconvene to Open Session and Take Action (if needed) on items discussed in Closed Session.

6.A. Consider Hiring for the Position of Athletic Director/Head Football Coach.
