9.E. Consider and Approve renewal of all TASB insurance policies covering Leakey ISD. This includes property, liability, auto, professional/HR, privacy & security, violence, workers' comp, and unemployment. There are two options to review before making a selection. The difference relates to an optional endorsement for the property coverage that, if selected, costs slightly more, but cuts the deductible in half for weather peril claims. Additionally, the campus was reevaluated and appraised in 2023 resulting in increased replacement value to be covered.  

9.F. Consider and approve student insurance renewal with The Brokerage Store. This year they are offering a new line of coverage, felonious assault, in addition to their standard student coverage options that the Board may want to consider.
