Call to Order/Roll Call:
This Agenda has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Sub chapters D and E. This is to verify that the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.001 et. seq., have been complied with in connection with the public notice of the meeting. Public Comment:
Pursuant to the newly enacted Texas Government Code Section 551.007, the Board will hear public comment at every meeting and will allow members of the public to speak on any agenda item posted for consideration by the Board at that meeting. The Board may limit the amount of time allotted to each speaker in order to allow an opportunity for everyone to speak who wishes to do so, and to maintain order and efficiency in its meetings. Anyone wishing to sign up to speak in public comment must do so not later than the start of the meeting. |

Discuss and consider possible action to approve the ranking of Design Build firms based on their demonstrated competence and qualifications for the 2022 Poth ISD Elementary Renovations Project, including possible delegation of authority to the Superintendent/designee to negotiate and execute a contract.
