Call to Order/Roll Call:
This Agenda has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Sub chapters D and E.  This is to verify that the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.001 et. seq. have been complied with in connection with the public notice of the meeting.  The subjects to be discussed or considered upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below and may be taken in any order.

Closed Session:
Closed Session will be held for purposes permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government code Section 551, Subchapters D and E a.Gov't Code 551.074

1. Conduct interviews of applicants for superintendent position, and consider and discuss same, pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code 551.074

2. Consultation with legal counsel regarding issues related to employment of new superintendent, pursuant to Tex. Gov't Code 551.071 (if necessary)

Reconvene Open Session:

1. Consider and take possible action regarding applicants for superintendent position

2. Consider and take possible action to name finalist for the superintendent position
