3.A. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Govt. Code, consultation with the District's attorney regarding legal issues and contracts related to RCSP for 2018 Bond program, Pkg. 2 - Jr. High Additions and Renovations.

4. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION

4.A. Consideration and possible action to rescind the Board’s approval of the rankings of General
Contractors for the Pkg. 2 – Jr. High Additions and Renovations Project and the Board’s
authorization for Superintendent to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the top
ranked proposer approved at the February 10, 2020 Board Meeting.

4.B. Consideration and possible action to authorize the Superintendent to issue a new Request for
Competitive Sealed Proposals for Pkg. 2 – Jr. High Additions and Renovations Project, to
receive and evaluate the proposals received and bring the rankings of the proposers back to
the Board for final approval.

4.C. Consideration and possible action to adopt the general prevailing wage rates of per diem
wages to be applicable to the construction of the 2018 Bond Program and specifically to Pkg.
2 – Jr. High Additions and Renovations, as required by with Texas Government Code Section
2258.022.

4.D. Consideration and possible action on Agreement for Construction Management Services.
