For the purpose of consideration of matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code (.071-.084), whereupon the superintendent, at the majority vote of the Board of Trustees, may present in Closed Session for the Board's consideration or discussion subjects or matters authorized by law.
