INFORMATION:
Next Steps for Bond ¨ PSC will prepare advertisement for Construction Manager at Risk Proposals in conjunction with School Attorney ¨ BISD will advertise for a Construction Manager at Risk ¨ BISD will receive proposals from CMAR’s, read them out loud publicly, then will evaluate and rank them using the committee appointed. An interview of the two or three top-ranked firms may be scheduled. ¨ Committee will present rankings of CMAR proposals and Board will approve ranking and select CMAR at regularly scheduled Board meeting ¨ After award, the CMAR will work with PSC and BISD to do cost estimates for the work and prepare a preliminary guaranteed maximum price |
