The Board may go into closed session to discuss any item that is listed in the Texas Government Code Section for the Texas Open Meetings Act and that appears on this agenda.

1. Consultation with attorney for guidance about options for future elections in light of the district court’s order in Davila et al. v. Brownfield ISD; No. 5:85-CV-141-H; in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Lubbock Division.
2. Consultation with attorney regarding options for compliance with SB 12 from the 89^th Regular Legislative Session and potential amendments to the district’s District of Innovation Plan.
