Description:
The District shall appraise teachers annually using the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) in accordance with Law and Administrative regulations. The Board shall approve a list of certified appraisers who can appraise a teacher in place of the teacher’s supervisor. This is especially important for 2025-2026 as this is a data collection year for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA). |

All changes are highlighted in YELLOW. See pg. 5: For Exempt staff added a month column that coordinates with their number of days worked during their contract. See pg 6. Added 10 days to Occupational Therapist. This is an existing FTE, this is a current employee with additional responsibilities. See pg 7. This is a clerical error that is being corrected. This position was listed in the wrong pay grade. No change to the pay grade was made. (No budget impact) See pg 7. Clarification on the Assistant Superintendent role. See pgs 8. Role and responsibilities changes for existing FTEs. New position. Secretary-Technology Dept. Reduced responsibilities therefore moved to a lower pay grade. See pg 9. Role and responsibilities changes for existing FTEs. New position. Network Technician. Increased responsibilities therefore moved to a higher pay grade. |
