4.A. TGC 551.071 An executive session will be held for the purpose of having private consultation with the Board's attorney, Wayne D. Haglund, where the duty of counsel to his client, pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with this Act.

4.B. TGC 551.074 An executive session will be held for the purposes of discussing personnel or to hear complaints against personnel.

4.C. TGC 551.074 An executive session will be held for the purposes of the presentations of student/parent complaints by Shalonda Jackson, which complaints were dated May 20, 2025, and June 10, 2025, and were received by the school district on May 21, 2025, and June 12, 2025 respectively, which complaints are combined for presentation at Level III of the complaint policy (FNG).

4.D. TGC 551.082 An executive session will be held to deliberate a matter involving discipline of a public school child.

4.E. TGC 551.0821 An executive session will be held to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student wherein personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.

5. RECONVENE FOR MOTIONS, VOTING OR OFFICIAL ACTION BY THE BOARD

5.A. Consideration and board action, if any, upon the written student/parent complaints of Shalonda Jackson, which are combined for presentation at Level III of the complaint policy.

6.A. Discussion and possible action, if any, to reschedule the Regular July Board Meeting to Monday, August 4, 2025.
