2.D. The open session of the meeting will recess and the Board of Trustees will convene in closed session for the following purposes.

2.D.1. Discuss personnel matters, as permitted by § 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't Code

2.D.2. To consult with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of these proposed personnel matters, as permitted by § 551.071(2), Tex. Gov’t Code.
