1. The purpose of this Special Board Meeting will be to conduct the annual appraisal of the Superintendent of Schools, in accordance with provisions of SISD Board Policies BJCD(LEGAL) and BJCD (LOCAL).   
The Board will conduct this appraisal in closed executive session as permitted by section 551.074(a) (1) Texas Education Code.
The Board will also consult with its attorney in closed executive session regarding legal aspects of this matter, as permitted by section 551.071 (2) Texas Government Code
No Public Action, decision, or vote will be taken at this Special Meeting
