3. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Description:
This committee is made up of school district and community partners that collaboratively provide recommendations to the district's board of trustees and district administrators. The primary purpose of this committee is to ensure the safety and well-being of the students and staff within the district.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Description:
All persons who wish to address the committee at this time must complete a registration form and submit it to the presiding officer before the meeting begins.

5. CLOSED SESSION
Description:
In accordance with Texas Open Meetings Act (Subchapters D and E of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code), the Clyde CISD Safety and Security Committee may enter a closed meeting to deliberate any subject authorized by Subchapter D that is listed on the agenda for this meeting. Any final action, decision, or vote on a subject deliberated in a closed meeting will be taken in in a open meeting held in compliance with the Texas open Meetings Act.
