To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

5.B. Texas Gov’t Code § 551.0821: To deliberate a matter in which personally identifiable information about a public school student will be revealed; Texas Gov’t Code § 551.074: To deliberate the appointment, evaluation reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a charge or complaint against an officer or employee.

5.B.1. Conduct a Level Three FNG grievance appeal hearing pursuant to Board Policy FNG (Local) regarding student and parent complaints/grievances

5.C. Texas Gov’t Code 551.071 Consultation with Counsel

5.D. Texas Gov't Code section 551.072, 551.071, and 551.129:
Deliberate regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real, including possible discussion with legal counsel regarding legal issues related to Real Estate Purchase and Sales Agreement for property.

6. Reconvene Following Executive Session - vote on matters considered in executive session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary regarding executive session (if any).

6.A. Discussion and Possible Approval of Items Discussed in Executive Session

6.A.1. Consider and possible action on Level Three FNG grievance appeal hearing pursuant to Board Policy FNG (Local) regarding student and parent complaints/grievances

6.A.2. Consider delegating authority to the Superintendent to obtain a confidential appraisal, inspect, negotiate, execute, and enter into a contract for the purchase of real property (“Purchase Contract”), a deed, and any other related purchase documents for the property known as 111 Big League Bend, Omaha, TX 75571 and to retain a licensed real estate broker or salesperson for assistance in the acquisition, if necessary.
