Annual Comprehensive Financial Report: Consideration and approval of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.
 

Physical Education (PE) and Athletic Supplies, Equipment, and Related Items (Increase): Consideration and approval to increase the authorized expenditure under Contract 23-061AL, Physical Education (PE) and Athletic Supplies, Equipment, and Related Items, by $1,666,357, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,987,256, to support ongoing purchases of physical education and athletic supplies, equipment, and related items through October 2028. 
 

Special Programs Services, Materials and Related Items (Increase): Consideration and approval to increase the authorized expenditure under Contract 23-021AB, Special Programs, Services, Materials, and Related Items, by $8,450,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $21,250,000 to support the ongoing service, staffing, and program needs of the Special Education Department through June 2026.

 

District Support Consulting Services (Increase): Consideration and approval to increase the authorized expenditure under Contract 22-055AB District Support Consulting Services, by $2,744,957 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $13,239,957 to continue providing district support consulting services through July 2027.
 

Library Book Purchase Programs Update:Consideration and approval of the purchase of new library materials that were posted for public review from August 26, 2026, through September 25, 2026.
 

Residential and Nonpublic Day Schools: Consideration and approval to authorize the Superintendent, or his designee, to execute agreements with the authorized residential and day treatment service providers listed in the table below as needed for the 2026-2027 school year: 

This approval will allow the district to respond to the immediate needs of students who require such services in FY27. 

 

Review of proposed expenses that exceed $50,000: Specifically for:

Fencing Installation, Repair, Maintenance, and Related Services: Consideration and approval for the purchase of Fencing Installation, Repair, Maintenance, and Related Services from multiple vendors in an amount not to exceed $425,000 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreements through December 2031.
 

Fire Protection Systems, Inspections, Repairs, Maintenance, and Related Services: Consideration and approval for the purchase of fire protection systems, inspections, repairs, and maintenance and related services from Advantage Interests Inc., BMF Solutions and Hi-Tek Sound & Signals in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreements through December 2031. 
 

Action

Nomination to the 2027 Houston-Galveston Area Council General Assembly: Consideration and approval of a resolution nominating a representative and an alternate to the General Assembly of the Houston-Galveston Area Council for the year 2027.
    

Joint Election Agreement and Contract for Election Services: Review and approve the Joint Election Agreement and Contract for Election Services ("Agreement") with Fort Bend County for the coordination and administration of a general election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 to elect one person to serve a full term as Trustee in Positions 1, 4, and 5.
