2.B.1. Report on recent and upcoming intruder detection audits.

2.C. Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code 551.071 Attorney Consultation For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board’s attorney, in person or by telephone, about: pending or contemplated litigation; or a settlement offer; or a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Board under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

2.D. Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code 551.072 Real Property
To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease of real property in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
