Description:
Board will adjourn into Closed Session pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act. The Board will convene in Closed Session as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551. et. seq TGC 551.071 and 551.074.

6.A. Information Item: DRL Refinery Presentation

6.B. Action Item: Discuss and Consider Approval of a Design-Build process as the Construction Delivery Method for the new Ag Barn and new Elementary Gym, and authorize the superintendent and construction subcommittee to evaluate and rank the submitted proposals.

6.C. Action Item: Discuss and Consider Approval of LWA to provide District Architectural, Engineering, Design, and Consulting Professional Services for Bond Projects on an as-needed basis and authorizing the Superintendent to negotiate a contract for specific Bond and/or Capital Improvement Projects.
