9. Closed Session - Trustees will adjourn into Closed Session as permitted by Texas Government Code Section 551.01 et. seq.

9.A. A. Section 551.074-Personnel Matters
A. The Board will discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of public employees or officials, including review findings of District investigation regarding employee misconduct.  (This may involve consultation with attorney as permitted under Section 551.071).

9.B. Section 551.072 - Deliberation Regarding Real Property
A governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.

9.C. Section 551.071-Consultation with Attorney
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section §551.071 Consultation with District's legal counsel regarding procedural and legal issues.
