4.B.   ↵Consideration and Possible Action to Approve the Recommendation of the Superintendent, as Presented, to Send Notice of Termination for Good Cause to Isaac Johnson.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Session 551.074, To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically regarding a recommendation to send notice of proposed termination to Chapter 21 contracted employee Lynette Fields for good cause.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 - To Deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically regarding a recommendation to send notice of termination to Non-Chapter 21 contracted employee Isaac Johnson for good cause.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 -  To consult with the District's Attorney, in person or by phone, on the matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically regarding a recommendation to send notice of proposed termination to Chapter 21 contracted employee Lynette Fields for good cause.
