VIII.A. Consider and take possible action on a Lease and Interlocal Agreement for the lease of real property owned by the District, generally located at 704 Carrizo St. Cotulla, La Salle County, Texas (the old Frank Newman Middle School building) to La Salle County Appraisal District for use for public purposes in providing and administering tax collection and appraisal services to the District and surrounding community and delegation of authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and enter into the lease and interlocal agreement on behalf of the Board, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 272.
