IX. Board will discuss, consider, and take possible action to approve the guaranteed maximum price amendment with Berry & Clay for the new elementary school project.

X. Board will consider and take possible action to approve Change Order #1- Sanitary Lift Station.

XI. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the 2026-2027 District Calendar.

XII. Board will consider and take possible action to authorize the Superintendent to apply for a Staff Development Waiver.

XIII. Board will consider and take possible action to call a School Trustee Election for Saturday, May 02, 2026.

XIV. Board will consider and take possible action to approve a Joint Election Agreement for General Election for Local Subdivisions (including schools).

XV. Board will consider and take possible action to approve a resolution to provide pay for employees during school closures due to inclement weather.

Closed Session:  Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
