IX. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Order of Cancellation for the Board of Trustees Election May 03, 2025, Positions 3, 6, and 7, due to candidates being unopposed.

X. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Instructional Materials Allotment and TEKS Certification for the 2025-2026 school year.

XI. Board will consider and take possible action to authorize the Superintendent to apply for a Staff Development Waiver.

XII. The Board will consider and take possible action to authorize the Superintendent to offer teacher employment contracts and professional extra duty assignments for the 2025-2026 school year from March 18, 2025, until September 09, 2025.

XIII. Closed Session:  Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
 

XIV. The Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Superintendent's 2025-2026 school year recommendations regarding employment and contract status of classroom teachers/coaches and other non-administrative professional personnel currently employed by the district on a term contract.
