VI. Board will consider initial review of the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property submitted pursuant to Texas Tax Code Chapter 313 by Lucas Branch Solar LLC, and authorizing Superintendent to engage consultants for review of Application. 

VII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the quote for its Property and Worker's Compensation Insurance.

VIII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the 2022-2023 ASCISD Student Code of Conduct.

IX. Board will consider and take possible action to approve certified appraisers.

X. Closed Session:  Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.087: Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to possible Applications for Appraised Value Limitation under Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code and to deliberate the offer of a financial incentive to a business prospect.
