4. Consider and possible action on resolution for Frio County 4-H Organization to be sanctioned as an extracurricular activity and name adjunct faculty members.

5. Consider and possible action on the Pearsall ISD District Organizational Chart.

6. Consider and possible action on the end of 2017-2018 year budget amendments.

7. Consider and possible action on the compensation plan for 2018-2019 school year.

8. Consider and possible action on the adoption of the 2018-2019 district budget.

9. Consider and possible action on the adoption of an order establishing tax rates for 2018-2019.

10. Closed Session.
